Cooler Master V8 GTS CPU Cooler Announced

Just announced and will be released in August 2013 is the Cooler Master V8 GTS CPU cooler that will take over from the old V8 GT cooler that has been on Cooler Master’s line for awhile now. The V-series of CPU coolers have been their top of the line air coolers for the past few years and looking at specs and pictures it looks like the V8 GTS will continue the quality that we have seen from the V-series line.

The Cooler Master V8 GTS air cooler is basically getting a face lift from the older style and Cooler Master is adding in some new features to help better cool your CPU and compete with other air cooler companies. The new Cooler Master V8 GTS air cooler will feature their Horizontal Vapor Chamber (HVC) which is the same technology they use to keep high end graphics cards cooled off. Basically how the HVC works is that it keeps heat spread evenly to all heat pipes so that you don’t have one side of the CPU running hot while the other is colder, the Cooler Master V8 GTS will have its standard 8 heat pipes on the cooler, dual high flow PWM 140 mm fans, and be compatible with most AMD and Intel platforms.
