EK Announces EK-FC Titan Water Block Compatible GTX 780 Water Block

In the market for a Geforce GTX 780 water block? EK Waterblocks, a water cooling gear manufacturer, confirmed their EK-FC Titan series full-cover water blocks (and blackplates), developed initially for the Geforce GTX Titan GPU, are fully compatible with the recently released Geforce GTX 780.

They also have updated their EK Cooling Configuration compatibility list with the correct SKU for the Geforce GTX 780 water block, and related manufacturers.

EK is also developing a new water block called the EK-FC Titan SE (Se stands for Second Edition). The SE version will be a visually upgraded successor to the existing EK-FC Titan, and will feature a full length Acrylic or POM Acetal top. The EK-FC Titan will be gradually be phased out of production as the EK-FC Titan SE block begins to take over. The EK-FC Titan SE will also be available in original CSQ design.

About the EK-FC Titan SE:

The EK-FC Titan SE is a “high performance full-cover water block for nVidia reference design Geforce GTX Titans as well as the Geforce GTX 780 series graphics cards.” This water block, like all full cover blocks from EK, cools the CPU, RAM, and VRM as water flows over those areas of the GPU to allow the GPU to remain stable under high overclocks.

The base is made of electrolytic copper, while the full-length top is made of cast acrylic or POM Acetal, that is your decision when purchasing the card.
