Final Thoughts and Conclusion
I really do like the mouse pad. I recently got the game Saints Row IV and played the whole way though it using this pad and was impressed at how I was able to move around. Before I had been using the GX-Control mouse pad that caters more towards FPS with as the names says more control than speed. I did feel a difference though going from one to the other. My 2000 DPI optical mouse felt slightly quicker when moving around and also seemed to move smoother for everyday use of my computer. The size is perfect in that it gave me all the space I needed to play games and use my computer with two screen and not bump into my keyboard or monitor stand. I never had to lift up my mouse or anything to get where I wanted. Now having said that I do typically keep my mouse at 2000 DPI for everyday use so that may factor into it but even when I was using the GX-Control and dropping my DPI for snipping I still didn’t have issues with needing more space for my mouse to roam. Another thing is the $20 price tag is pretty good compared to Cooler Master and Razer with about a $35 price tag for their similar gaming mouse pads.
