Build a Gaming PC: Install the Storage Drive
SSD install.
If your case has a place to install your solid state disks, use them. If not you will have to use your 3.5″ bays with an adapter. Most SSD’s do come with an adapter, if not most modern cases do. Tighten down the 4 screws on the bottom of your SSD to the mounting device you are using. Once you have that mounted, attach or install it to the case and plugin your power and SATA Cable. Now is a good time to run the other end of the SATA cable to the motherboard.
