Intel Haswell Pricing Announced
Sources regarding Intel Haswell pricing has compiled a list of what the forth generation Core “Haswell” processor family is going to cost. It is expected to be unveiled in the coming months. The chart below details what the prices will be in the US excluding tax. The i5-4430 quad core will start at $175 and then go all the way up to $327 for the i7-4770k.

This seems to be in line with how Intel priced the “Ivy Bridge” processor family and looks to be the strategy to get consumers to purchase these chips. Haswell is suppose to have many improvements on “Ivy Bridge” with better manufacturing process and integrated graphics. Waiting for ASUS to reveal some KickAss Rampage / Maximus series Mobos.
I was expecting a large price jump from the third gen cpu’s. I am pleasantly surprised that intel kept the prices reasonable.
