Intel will Introduce more Intel Haswell CPUs this Coming Fall
With the launch of the flagship Intel Haswell CPU models such as the i7-4770k, Intel has been needing to fill the budget and mid tiers of their Haswell lineup. Intel will be basically introducing and releasing ten new Haswell CPUs on September 1st, 2013. The majority will be the budget CPUs in the Haswell family with one high end CPU which is the i7-4771.
The guys over at WCCFTech were kind enough to make the image above to show all the CPUs that will be introduced and released into the Intel Haswell family. This is a great chart since it shows the CPU, cores/threads, base/turbo clock speeds, L3 cache, which integrated graphics it includes along with the graphics clocks, and the TDP of the CPU. While all these chips will be new the i7-4771 is an interesting one that is included. This CPU will basically replace the i7-4770. The i7-4771 will have a locked multiplier but will see a gain of 100 Mhz in clock speed from the i7-4770. The i7-4771 should be priced the same or close to the i7-4770. As for all the other CPUs on the list we will have to find out their price points when they are announced from Intel or unless someone is able to “leak” the prices here in the next couple of months ahead of the announcement.
The picture above was released by VR-Zone that goes into detail about the announcements of the new Intel Haswell CPUs.
So basically if you are waiting on new Haswell CPUs to get here then you only got a couple more months. If the Pentium or i3 series is what you have been waiting on to make a low powered HTPC, home server, or maybe just a small rig for everyday use then atleast we are getting some general information to ya.
