New Corsair Gaming Keyboards the K65, and K50.
New Corsair gaming keyboards have been released during Computex 2013. First is the Corsair Raptor K50 compact mechanical keyboard designed for the gamer on the move. This keyboards eliminates the unnecessary keypad, macro keys, and most other extras, to give you a compact mechanical keyboard that can fit in nearly any bag. Also released was the Corsair Raptor K65 gaming keyboard, which packs all the features of the K90 with the exception of mechanical keys.
Corsair gaming keyboards have become desirable by most in the gaming industry, and the addition of the Corsair K65 and the Corsair K50 should be no different. The Corsair Raptor series offers gamers a cheaper price, while retaining quality and functions. Read below and you’ll see what I mean.
Corsair K65
The Corsair Raptor K65 compact keyboard, is a mechanical keyboard for the gamer on the go. Corsair cut off the number pad, kept the MX Cherry Red Keys, retained 100% anti-ghosting with full key rollover, and they’ll even let you take off the cable when you pack it up. Yeah that’s right, the cable on the keyboard is detachable to give you maximum amount of room in your bags when you’re gaming on the go.
The Corsair Raptor K65 keyboard chasis is built from brushed aluminum, and comes with a detachable braided USB cable. Durability with the Corsair K65 shouldn’t be an issue, however should something happen Corsair carries a two-year warranty on their Vengeance peripherals.

While the Corsair K50 is packed full of features, it doesn’t come with mechanical keys. If you’re as passionate about keyboards as we are ModCrash you’ll spend the extra $30-$50 and pick up the Corsair K90 or K95. Essentially they’re the same design as the Corsair K50, except with mechanical keys.

If you’re in the market for a new keyboard, yet you can’t quite afford the top of line corsair gaming keyboards, the K50 and K65 should help meet your budget. The Corsair K50 sells for $59.99, while the Corsair K65 sells for $99.99. All corsair gaming keyboards carries a 2 year warranty that protects you from any manufacturing defect.

Really looking forward to the K65! Loving how Corsair is going with a tenkeyless variant of the original K60. I just really wish that they would offer backlighting on it.
A membrane keyboard for $100? Can’t imagine that it would sell very well with Corsair offering mechanical keyboards within the same price range. The lighting look nice, though!
