Conclusion and Final Thoughts
Overall I have to say the Phantom 530 is a very solid case. If you want to go crazy built it may be worth to upgrade to the Phantom 630 but overall you can have a very nice built and the Phantom series has always been a favorite among builders. With a price tag at $129.99 from NZXT and cheaper elsewhere it makes alot of sense to use this case unless you need something that is physically smaller. One of the best bang for the buck cases I have ever used is the Fractal Design Arc Midi at around $100 but considering for a few dollars more you can get this case it comes in at a very good buy when you also see that the Phantom 630 is $179.99.
One thing also I do like that NZXT has done is make a couple versions of the same case. A slightly stripped down model in the Phantom 530 for those that go for bang for the buck and one that is still a great bang for the buck but more features in the Phantom 630. Typically you get one high end case and that’s it these days from a manufacturer but NZXT has always looked at the consumer and made their cases very appealing.
Bottom line is you can’t go wrong with this case for a beginner or advanced build since the case just does what you need it to do.
