Phanteks has released a new PWM premium fan, the 140 mm PH-F140XP PWM fan. According to the Phanteks website this fan is designed for everyday use for your case, CPU, or radiators. The PH-F140XP PWM fan was designed with a unique maelstrom vortex booster feature (MVB) for better cooling and the PWM features lets you control the speed for silence or performance.
The Phanteks PH-F140XP PWM fan comes with a wide array of accessories out of the box and has 140 mm mounting holes. This fan was designed to overcome high static pressure, blade deflection, and noise challenges for better flow and acoustics with the design of the fan blades. How the blades achieve this is by producing a downdraft that allow for a greater amount of air to pass though the actual blades because it creates less airflow turbulence on the surface. How the PH-F140XP fan blades were designed in turn will create a better airflow with reduced noise. The ball bearings used in the PH-F140XP fan are Phanteks’ own UFB design. Also the PH-F140XP PWM feature will let you change the fan speed from 600 to 1200.
